Our leadership team comes not only with over 20 years each of experience in financial services (investment banking, private equity and principal investing), but also with a wealth of experience in business strategy, entrepreneurship and operations.
We believe that these combined experiences and attributes will be key in working with strong management teams to deliver very attractive returns to all stakeholders. AG Tenet aims to harness the combined track records of its key Principals who have invested in leading businesses as senior private equity investors, founded and operated businesses and successfully executed several strategic transactions in the U.S. and globally.

Lekan Odugbesan
Co-founder and Managing Partner
Lekan brings over 23 years’ experience in private equity and financial advisory/investment banking. He co-founded Tenet Investment Company and served as its Managing Partner.
He also co-founded Traxi Continental Limited, an agricultural mechanization company providing services to corporate and smallholder farmers. Prior to founding Tenet Investment Company, he worked at Kingdom Zephyr (subsidiary of Kingdom Holding Company) for 10 years focusing on emerging markets private equity where he worked on transactions across various industry sectors such as consumer goods, telecoms, technology, oil and gas, financial services, etc. Before transitioning into private equity, he worked at Rothschild in New York as a generalist M&A banker and Credit Suisse in New York as an investment banker focused on the technology sector.
Lekan currently serves on the board of Traxi Continental Limited.
He holds an MBA from The Wharton School, University of Pennsylvania.
Uche Alozie
Co-founder and Managing Partner
Uche has over 23 years of experience in investing and operating portfolio investments. He also serves as the managing partner of AG Rhino Advisors where he has overseen investments and operations in fintech, agriculture and real estate. Uche led ownership teams in achieving a 3X valuation multiple across all portfolio companies. Prior to this, Uche co-founded Almat Group, LLC a real estate development and investment company in New York City.
Uche currently serves on the boards of Sparkle Bank (a digital bank) and Admoni Inc (a digital marketing company).
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
Fred Chima
Co-founder and Managing Partner
Fred brings over 22 years of private equity and financial advisory experience, of which over 12 years have been in private equity and 10 years in financial advisory/M&A. He is a seasoned investor, advisor and business builder who has led investments of more than $500 million in growth capital across emerging markets and has advised on more than $20 billion of strategic transactions in both developed and emerging markets. Fred served as Managing Director at Duet Private Equity focused on emerging markets private equity. Prior to that served as Director at Temasek Holdings responsible for private equity and direct investments. Before joining Temasek, Fred worked at Standard Chartered Private Equity (now Affirma Capital) as a Principal. Fred was senior M&A banker at Credit Suisse in New York and HSBC.
Fred has served on several boards including Soft (Pepsi) Bottling Company and Seven Energy International.
He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School in New York.
